Like discovering a kick-ass band in a dive in Nashville, Austin, or parts unknown, firing up a Hoofty will make you a believer. It's an off-centered brand that may just be your new go-to. Hoofty is a "PA Dutch" term and also the nickname for a local PA legend - no longer with us - a free spirit, ramblin’ man character right out of a novel. Poet, musician, bon vivant and raconteur. This blend captures his essence... an old friend, a character-filled joy ride of a smoke you always want to be around.

Original: an ideal medium-bodied, center of the fairway, take home to momma type.... but with character, spice and complexity in spades. The blend is quintessential Nicaraguan small-batch - the wrapper is a dark, mahogany brown Habano leaf with ample tooth, nice oily sheen, and slight veins. Subtle spice and cream dominate from the start, with additional pepper and some slight oomph.

Hoofty Hog: dense, meaty and well-constructed the hog packs on few extra pounds from the original. It wears an Ecuadorian Habano Maduro wrapper that’s a dark brown with a mottled and toothy look. Toast, espresso, leather, nuts, and earth, with a pepper-forward profile balanced with a slight sweetness that builds in complexity as it burns.
